The Shop

At Plus One Productions, we are thrilled to offer our Trade-In Credit Program, known as The Shop. This is a unique opportunity for you to trade various items and unlock their value. Whether you have musical instruments gathering dust, old RPG books longing for new adventures, LEGO sets waiting to be built again, or Magic: The Gathering cards seeking new battles, our program allows you to turn these treasures into credit towards future purchases from our company.

How it Works

1. Email Submission:
   - If you are interested in trading your unwanted items, you can send me an email with a clear picture and  a brief description of the item, including any relevant details such as its condition, brand, and age.

2. Item Evaluation and Credit Assessment:
   - Upon receiving the email with the picture and description of the item, I will evaluate its value. Any special research will be provided for transparency. 
   - After evaluating the item, I will determine the trade-in credit it is worth based on my assessment.

3. Trade Negotiation:
   - Once I have assessed the item's trade-in credit, I will respond to your email with the determined credit value.
   - We can then negotiate a final value, discussing the terms and conditions of the trade-in credit offer.
   - It's important to emphasize that the trade-in credit holds no cash value and can only be as credit for Plus One Productions.

4. Deal Confirmation:
   - If both parties agree on the trade-in credit value and terms, arrangments will be made to collect the item on the next in-person game day or another convenient time.

5. Credit Redemption:
   - When you wishe to use your trade-in credit, inform me while booking an event.
   - I will deduct the agreed-upon credit amount from the total purchase price, ensuring that the credit is applied accordingly.  A receipt will emailed after the event.
